My name is Irene, but I am popularly known as Chef Lee. I am a certified chef and confectioner with a nack for healthy meals and positive environment. I was born in Abuja Nigeria and widely traveled across the country too. This has a great influence on what I cook and how I cook- I use global approach in cooking which helps to expand the palate.
My passion for cooking started at an early age and has continued to grow. I currently teach pastry, catering and food plating to food enthusiasts and wanna-be-chefs at AAA Event Academy, Abuja.
I mainly cook from scratch using fresh and minimally processed, produced and cost effective everyday ingredients that are readily available in your pantry or can easily be sourced in your local grocery store. Nothing excites me more than seeing you savor the sweet taste of my delicacies. I look forward to cooking your next meal.
