I'm a trained and certified professional chef with years of experience in the hospitality industry and a vast knowledge of continental and national cuisines.
I did a 3 year course in hotel catering and institutional management with the Hotel Catering and Institutional Management Association and obtained a Diploma certificate in Food preparation and Institutional management.
I have worked with reputable restaurants and hotels in the capacity of a chef, kitchen supervisor and food and beverage manager respectively offering high quality culinary services and adding values to guests experiences.
